How to prevent LOGOS from creating new file for highligting everytime i highlight new word?

Hi, I am new in LOGOS4 and would like to ask for help:

I have note file with highlights from one resource. When I reopen this resource and highlight new word, LOGOS always creates NEW note file. But I would like to add my new higlight into the original file. What am I doing wrong?

In order to have all your highlights in a single note file, you will need to create all the highlights from a single palette. Some users create a special palette for each resource they study. Personally, I find that a bit cumbersome.

Now, do you need assistance on accomplishing any of the above? If you do, just ask.
