Accessing Logos Dictionaries, etc. in 2010 Word via Dragon NaturallySpeaking

I have Dragon NaturallySpeaking 11.5, allowing me to construct letters, papers, etc in 2010 Word without typing (have problems with Carpal Tunnel). Are there any GOOD Forum posts, videos or instructional sites on: 1) Using Logos via Dragon NaturallySpeaking... and 2) Directing Word to dictionaries, thesauruses, etc. in Logos to be used as Custom Dictionaries in Word... or 3) Porting (copy/pasting, if no other choice) those Logos files/lists into Dragon as additional word lists. Does anyone have any solid experience in this? Thank you!

#1) I do not have Dragon, so I cannot speak to this item

#2) Word uses a simple text files for custom dictionaries. It cannot read L4 files.

#3) I am thinking out-loud right now. Copy a bunch of text to Word. For the words that it shows as being spelled incorrectly, add them to the custom dictionary.
