iPhone and MY library
Greetings,
I have downloaded the app for my phone but how do I do a word study from one of my dictionaries or encyclopedias, not strongs? Does it work the same as on a computer to where you click on a word and it will give you the definition.
Thank you!

Hi Gary
The iPhone app is not a desk-top replacement. It is a handy quick reference.
To look up a word highlight it and then touch 'Look Up'

I figured that was the case but had to ask to remove all doubt. Outside of having a Bible in hand, the app doesn't make much sense since it only pulls up a Strong's number. Having the TDNT and the TWOT makes Strong's obsolete. : )

It does. You have to be in a Bible that has a reverse interlinear (ESV, NASB, etc) and then click on the word and hold. You can then do a word study. This will generate a basic word study report and have links to your available lexicons.

Ah, got it. Needed NKJV. : )
So interesting how "longsuffering" refers to the nostrils of God's nose. The emotion behind the anger.
