Directed linking

Hi,

I am sure this has been discussed before but I just cannot find any info on it. 

I know how to link resources, so that both change in sync. However, is there also a way of doing this in a one-directional manner, i.e., if I change the reference in resource (1), resource (2) follows, however, if change the reference in resource (2), resource (1) does not change? I want to use this for the situation where I read e.g., a Bible passage with a commentary and then start reading other interesting stuff in the commentary, but I don't want the Bible passage to follow my"reading around". I want the Bible to stay where it is so that when I then click again on the Bible passage, the commentary goes back to where I was.

Hi Armin,

i know exactly what you mean. i built a windows app called QuickLink which works with Logos4 to do this (see my webpage for this app: http://www.clark-tx.net/quicklink/default.html). It runs on windows PCs. There are a couple of videos on the website to let you know how it works (forgive me that they are not high quality). You can download the app's installer and then run it if you want.
