How, in Logos Notes, do I make pronunciation marks? For example, the long e symbol? IE. kephalē.

If you are running Windows you can use a little tool called "character map" under START> accessories>system tools. Just select the desired font then find the ē and select it followed by copy. It is now on the clipboard and you place your cursor in Notes and paste (right click or CNTRL V). There might be other ways but this one works for me for any character I might need.
