Bible not showing up?

Hi,
First time user here...
Just installed Logos 4....everything seems fine except I cannot see any list of bible in the software??
Under choose prefered bible, the dropdown list is empty.
Any idea how to fix this? Or download a bible?

Welcome to the forums Cheng. Did you purchase any resources, whether free or a base package? If so, did you sign in with the same email address and password that you used to sign up for the website?

Are you able to see any books in your library?

I just purchased the NT commentary which was on specials.
Yes, I can see the books.
Just no bibles...do I need to purchase them separately? Or where I can download them?

You can find some free books at http://www.logos.com/products/search?start=0&sort=pricelo&pageSize=60, including an English Bible.

Welcome [:)]
Is this your first purchase in Logos ? If so you will need to purchase bibles separately. There is a large range of bibles currently available for $10 from the Logos website.
Simply go to the products page on the Logos website and then on the left hand sidebar choose bibles from the resource type options. This will list all bibles. You can then choose to sort the list by price, popularity, most recent etc.

Here is a link to Bibles at Logos sorted by price: http://www.logos.com/products/search?q=bibles&Resource+Type=Bibles&start=&sort=pricelo&pageSize=15
Notice that the LEB is free.
If you are thinking about buying several version, please check out Logos base packages and their prices first: http://www.logos.com/comparison (the lower end base package is $150 US, so if you bought several Bible individually, it might be wiser to purchase a Base package).

In addition to the advice you have been given, I'd like to point you to the "free books" Logos wiki page
Also, http://www.logos.com/product/8734/nas-electronic-bible-library is a very good resource bundle that gives you a lot of value (including several bibles) for money. The same applies for http://www.logos.com/minimalcrossgrade - both come with some very interesting resources and are less expensive than a "base package". In the long run, for students that intend to build a large library, base packages are the best value for money, though.
