Indexing starts every time I run A4, but ends with errors.
Happens for me too. Indexing was fine until Alpha 4, now indexing begins each time I start either of my computers or launch Logos4. Indexing always ends up crashing. I'll add my logs if anyone from Logos is interested.
Same for me. In fact, now indexing starts every time I turn on my computer. It runs for 3 or 4 hours, then quits. I've given up and am simply going to await the next release after A4. Whenever indexing starts now I simply click cancel all and get on with my work.

I'm having the exact same problem. Pleased I'm not the only one[:S]
It seems that we need to keep the mac running 24 hours to get it indexing completely. Each time when I shut down and turn on the mac, it will restart the indexing from the beginning. It is a pain to think back when I have 56% of 1016 resources indexed yesterday, and my new log today states 14% of 1016.
My mac is on 24/7, but it still tries to index every time I start Logos 4. This has only started happening since I "upgraded" to the Alpha 4 release.
