Missing Several "Finished" CP Items in My Library

I'm not sure how often this happens with Logos, but I have a some CP items that seem to be live products on the logos website, but are not in my library on my PC or my iPad (have not checked Mac).

It's hit or miss on which of the products have been downloaded and which are missing.

All the emails start, "We are about to begin processing Pre-Pub orders for <Product Name>. This product is scheduled to ship on <Date>."

Date of 8/8/2012:

[Received] The Works of Dwight L. Moody

[Received] The Evangelical Succession Lecture Series

[Received] Classic Commentaries and Studies on Leviticus

[Received] Classic Commentaries and Studies on Ephesians

[MISSING] Classic Commentaries and Studies on Jeremiah and Lamentations

Date of 8/13/2012:

[Received] Classic Commentaries and Studies on Chronicles

[MISSING] Classic Commentaries and Studies on Numbers and Deuteronomy

[MISSING] Classic Commentaries and Studies on the Gospel according to John

None of your "missing" sets have "gone live" on the web site yet. They came out of CP and into pre-pub. They have to be developed before they can be delivered to your library. You're OK. They will eventually be delivered.

You need to look (and keep looking) at your order page, not the e-mails (which just give the "scheduled" date).
