BUG: prepub purchases are not "grayed"

I made a discovery today that I had been wondering about for some time. I believe i have come up with the common element.
the issue: when I go to the logos website and search/shop for resources, there are many that are not "grayed out" (I love this, by the way - it is an AWESOME assistance). I know I have the resource, but for whatever reason, it is not grayed out on the site. This is sometimes very confusing; since I have been procuring and using Logos resources for many years (decades).
today, as I was teaching a class how to use Logos, the discovery I made was that we were looking up a resource on the website, and I verified I have it in my library, and remembered that I bought it as a prepub. and sure enough, it was NOT grayed out on the website (verified I was authenticated to the site as well).
so I did a check on a similar resource that I knew I purchased prepub, and it too was not grayed out.
Is there something that can be done about this? I know that it would help me a lot, especially after the years, I mostly buy from community pricing and prepub, and rarely from the store anymore.

Poor Phil. I haven't seen any 'wrong button colour' errors for a couple of months now, nor have I seen any reported on the forums. Then Phil tells me they're just about finished getting all of this correct -- and within four days there are four error reports!

it is not just the prepubs, though that is what I was able to come up with first. should I be listing examples when I see them?
other examples (not PP/CP):
I own Hermenia NT, and OT volumes and all the updates (that I am aware of) - but the links are not grayed out for me:

http://www.logos.com/product/7755/hermeneia-old-testamentI discovered these when this bundle came out and It looked familiar:
http://www.logos.com/product/8047/hermeneia-and-continental-commentariesbut I don't already have the continental commentaries group.

That would probably help them find the last offenders.

actually, no, as I understand, they don't have the continental volumes, that's why the third link was there (it does include teh continental volumes). at least that's how I am reading those.
EDIT - i see, after looking again, they do also include CC as well.
what a confusiong mess. there doesnt seem to be the Hermeneia bundles by themselves anymore. weird.

For the prepubs, we are aware of the issue and I think a fix for it should be forthcoming (might be a couple weeks).
Bad assumption on our part as we figured that new prepubs would obviously be items that nobody owned. Now that we are doing some pre-pub collections with items that are already owned or splitting collections up into individual items we need to revisit that assumption.
On why the Hermenia ownership isn't showing, I don't know why this and would have to dig into it to see exactly what resources we consider to be in those products and if that matches exactly with what you have.

Yes, we do have a fix for the Pre-Pub issue, but it might not apply to your particular case. See http://community.logos.com/forums/p/53229/389943.aspx#389943.
You're right about the Hermeneia: the new collections contain Continental Commentaries, so if you don't have these volumes then they are not completely "owned".
We would like to provide you better information about products that you "mostly" own, but this is tricky to communicate effectively--we don't want to replace one confusing mess with another!
And yes, please do let us know when you find problems with what the website says you own. Phil is our point-person for such issues, so if there's any better way to report them than posting to the forums he could tell you.
