Bug: Intersection and Union of Greek/Hebrew/Aramaic Word Lists

See this thread for background. The "Names of God" Word Lists are now imported as Bradley illustrates but there are issues when merging these lists, both with Intersection and Union, as different words are combined as follows:-

This seems like the same sort of merge issue you reported here for English lists (as in disimilar words being paired together.): http://community.logos.com/forums/t/53424.aspx
Is that an accurate assessment? (My knowledge of the original languages is less than comprehensive, so I just want to be sure I'm understanding the issue correctly.)
