core Logos 4 engine

When I went from Libronix to Logos I downloaded the core Logos 4 engine and then transferred everything to Logos 4.

I have never purchased a package in Libronix or Logos all I have are individual resources.

Is there anything about the Logos 4 engine I will gain if I purchase a Logos base package and add that to what I already have?

Will the Logos 4 engine in the base package be any different than what I already have?

did you buy the "minimal crossgrade" update or did you just download engine.. if you only downloaded the engine, you will notice some enhanced performance for buying a base package,

i don't see the Passage Guide, Exegetical Guide, or Bible Word Study tools in the crossgrade.

Nor the Text Comparison tool.

Are these showing up in your crossgrade?

I think the 'guides' came with the OL and not the crossgrade.

The reverse interlinears were new to the crossgrade (not in OL but not sure; maybe just the ESV). Can't remember regarding the maps which were new to Logos4.

I think, the guides and tools as such were available back then when I had only the crossgrade, but they lacked some/most features (like the grammar things etc.) It may also be that some features come along with the L3-Addins, of which I bought two or three

i was just curious as to what came with the minimal crossgrade. i have the base Scholar's package (got it for L3 years back). So i was unsure of what functionality was available with the crossgrade. Good to know in case i find someone who wants L4 cheap.
