I just recently updated to the lates version of L4 on Windows 7, now I constantly have a orange triangle on the syncing icon and it never syncs. New resources can download however...

Can you enable diagnostic logging (if not already enabled), start up L4, get to a point where you have the orange triangle and close L4?
Then post the log files before starting L4 up again.

I've got the same thing going on with my machine, and clicking on the yellow triangle results in it seemingly *trying* to sync for less than a second, then returning to the yellow triangle.
Support remote connected to my PC and problem is solved!
