Logos not downloading resources

Hi all,
I am installing Logos on my classroom computer--it's mine, not the school's. I've tried several times and the resources don't download--I get an empty library. This is urgent as I need this to at least begin by end of day today so i can have it ready for class on Monday (I don't come in tomorrow). As I bus to an from work, I leave the laptop at the school to ensure it doesn't get stolen if I get robbed at a station (I commute late at night). I'm running Windows XP Pro on a Dell Latidute D430 (Core 2 Duo, 2GB ram). Am I missing something.

Since you are needing timely help, I suggest you call Logos support. The number is on the Logos homepage.
It's possible you are having network/firewall issues since you are on a school network, or it could be an issue with the customer ID you are using. But you'll need to enable logging in Logos to discover the problem. (see here: http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging). A support representative could quickly do the work for you and diagnose the problem by remote control of your PC, if necessary.
