When I try to add the the lemma to word list L4 crashes.
Please enable Logging ( http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging ) and upload your logs ( http://wiki.logos.com/Uploading_Logs ) so we can take a look.

I think the problem is instead of accessing the database where the wordlist is it is trying to create another database3240.Logos4.zip
It would be helpful to have reproduction steps for the issue you are experiencing, i.e. how you are adding a lemma to the list.
