Just a tip, if you enjoy Jodi Magness' work in archaeology, her new book is coming out 'late summer'.

and her site (which includes the discussion on the recent work at Huqoq / late-roman/byzantine synogogue):

Don't know if it's headed for Logos but she has two other good books in Logos:
http://www.logos.com/product/17015/the-archaeology-of-qumran-and-the-dead-sea-scrolls (Qumran; very good)
http://www.logos.com/product/20490/stone-and-dung-oil-and-spit-jewish-daily-life-in-the-time-of-jesus (an expansion of the Qumran subjects)
I'd be interested, but shouldn't this thread have been in the Suggestions forum?
I suppose I'm hopeful that Bob's 'curated library' is more than a good talking point. Just my own opinion but I'd prefer they build a balanced library knowing what is available and coming up. Especially in archaeology.
Jodi I like since she seems to be a no-nonsence type of writer (ie doesn't stack proposals over top more proposals).
Having browsed/purchased from the Logos library, I've often thought indeed some Logos people knew their areas well. But more recently I get the feeling it's bulk publisher offerings.
