The issue is basically what the title says. Basic, Bible and Morph searches all paginate the results into pages of (?)100 results. Syntax search does not.
(Admittedly this might not be a problem if everyone were Syntax search ninjas, but I presume there are lots of people like me who play around with it until you get the search expression right — and in the mean time, performing a syntax search with 140,000 results requires a force-quit if you want to get some work done! [:)])
