Logos 4 won't start

Hello, hopefully someone can help me out with this...

Logos attempts to start and tells me there is an update to install. If I say "yes" go ahead and install, Logos stops working. If I say no, Logos stops working. In both cases a Windows error appears "Logos $ has stopped working"

Attached are the log files and logos4crash.txt

You first need to upgrade from 4.5b to the latest version 4.5c. Use the link --> http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe

If problem continues then we need both the Logos4Indexer.log and logos4.log.

The indexer is already running & then L4 shuts it down & crashes. If you restart the computer and the Indexer starts running just let it go until it finishes, and then start L4. If it still crashes then contact Logos support directly.
