I bought the books on Monday night, but there is no sign of them indexing. How long does it take? How do I know that it is for sure indexing?
By the way, there is no box that says it is indexing. That is why I am worried.

Did you purchase a couple of books or a base package? Are the books actually showing up in your library? Do you know where the Logos icon appears in the menu bar when books are downloading and/or indexing?
I bought the base package last year. I bought two books this week. These books are not showing up in my library. I have had Logos open and have had my computer on and charging while waiting. Still, I have yet to see the Indexing box/window show up for the new books.
I am taking Greek 3 this semester and need to make sure that the textbooks will indeed be in Logos in time for my homework assignments.

First question: Are you sure you used the same account info? If so, did you try the command update now or update resources?

Try quitting and restarting Logos.
It is the one program that I quit and start every morning.
Apart from a few system upgrades I never restart the computer but I restart Logos daily.
