I've had my new Mac Air for about two weeks and have been getting used to it, but suddenly it will not open when I click the icon. Should I uninstall it and load it again? Doesn't do anything when I click on it.
Have you tried restarting your computer?
What about when you two finger click on it.
By the way uninstalling Logos rarely fixes things. Reinstalling can sometimes help but the best bet is to post your logs here and see if the techs can help you out.
Thanks. I went to shut it down and realized that Logos was still up. I'm new to Mac and when you click on the little red dot, the window closes, but apparently not the program. Everything seems to work fine. Thanks a ton.
Hi John
You will find that you do not need to shut down your computer the way you had to in windows.
The only time I restart mine is when system upgrades require it.
On the other hand Logos tends to loose track of the time and date if it not restarted. Every morning I click the trackpad and the first thing I do is quit and restart Logos.

Depends on the program, closing the last window in many Mac programs does not quit the program, which is a bit different.

I am experiencing a similar problem. When I open the program on the mac. It bounces and the window "signing in" appears, just for a few seconds, it disappears. I have reloaded and restarted. Not sure what is actually wrong. Please advise.
Thanks,
Steve
I am having the same problem on my MacBook Pro and my desktop PC. Logos for Mac and PC both crash, this is really strange.
Have you tried downloading the engine directly and reinstalling?
i am having the same problem now, myself....any recommendations?
Welcome [:D]
Logos 4.6a has a known startup crash issue; the Logos4Error.log has NSCFDictionary in error message with nil value while the Apple Crash Report includes " Assertion failed: (exception == nil), function -[OurAppController"
