Hebrew Word Study Problem

I am using Logos 4 Gold.

Whenever I try to do Hebrew word study, Hebrew word statistics come out nothing as below.

I tried many Hebrew words and the results are the same.

I tried Greek word study and it is OK.

I am posting the snapshot of my Hebrew word study.

Is there anyone who has the same problem?

Please, help!

I noticed you tried to search under NASB95.  Have you tried to change the perameters to another bible?  I want to say i had that problem with some bibles, but King James had better results.  I think it may be a glitch not fully worked out yet.
