Allow Blank Insert Into Clippings

I would like the ability to insert a blank clipping.  I know I could do this on the note side but I want to keep my information together (I don't use notes much for this reason... among others). 

Thank you logos for a GREAT program!... (anyone interested in buying a bunch of books?  [;)] )
