JI Packer's Concise Theology

I wanted to use a quote from this book but the footnote doesn't contain a page number. The book doesn't have a page number filter nor does a page number appear in the text. Without a hard copy of this book, how does one get the page number?

If you don't have access to a hard copy, I would just reference it as you would an encyclopedia article. The articles in the book are rather concise so someone trying to find your reference should be able to easily enough.

In the absence of page numbers most citing systems let you cite the article title which would work perfectly for Concise Theology. Alternatively, if I need a page number I usually go to amazon and search inside the book for the quote I'm looking for and it will tell me what page in the print copy it is on: http://www.amazon.com/Concise-Theology-Historic-Christian-Beliefs/dp/0842339604
