I am struggling with Greek Font.
I do not know why the Greek font looks broken when I use BDAG.
I attached a file. Please, help!

It looks fine for me. What Greek font are you using? Try going to Preferences/Program Settings and changing it to default.
A restart has also occasionally been known to fix certain font issues.
If neither of those works, you'll need someone more competent than me. When it comes to fonts, my knowledge stops with the two standard solutions.

Curious about Logos 4 Mac preferences for Greek Font ? Also curious about Logos 4 version ?
Apologies: using Logos 4.6 on Mac OS X 10.6.8, am unable to replicate breathing mark issue in BDAG location (tried all Greek fonts in Logos 4 preferences):
