I got all of my A/V group together (I have 3 plus myself - I'm giddy) early Sunday before Praise Team practice. I already had a "built" weeks presentation. We had already been using Planning Center & had it's matrix structured to our service line up;
Our Pre-Service Loop is large 8 or 9 slides. Warm Up is a 5sec still then Countdown. Service is Meet & Greet, 2 Songs, Scripture Prayer, 2 Songs, Offertory Prayer, Offering w/ pre-sermon video, Sermon Ppoint, Prayer, Invitation Song, Post Service Loop. Sometimes we will have an extra DVD, Image slide, special music during offering.
So you can see my video tech is busy, We have a rear confidence screen so Praise Team counts on us for lyrics also. 2 of my ppl are new so I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they caught on I had previously upoloaded the video loops for songs which meant selecting files under 200mb. A pain.
NOW came the blasted glitch. Pastor had paid for the license via his PC. Even tho' same group etc...etc... as soon as I hit the On Air button I was asked to purchase a license. End of demo. I had the service loaded in old software & went on from there.
Little later I was working w/ Proclaim & as soon as I closed that License pop up I went On Air qwithout watermarks. I had access to our purchased Graceway media. Too late, I wasn't going to turn it back at that late point. But I do have the all "plugged in"..
Need to get w/ Proclaim ppl about this License popup. And STILL have not heard back from last view video issue replies
