BUG: Footnotes on wrong page

As reported by Stephen Kerr in THIS THREAD, the mobile app can display footnotes on the wrong page.

This is caused by the same issue that was reported here: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/53516/392112.aspx#392112

A fix should be coming in the next version.
