Copy & Paste to MS Word 2010

With my MS Word 2010 document open and my insertion point selected, something strange is happening when I click "Copy and Paste" from the Copy Bible Verses window. Instead of inserting the Bible text on the active MS Word document, another MS Word window opens that is blank and no document is open. No Bible text is pasted anywhere, on my open document or on the new MS Word window. If I select the original window, with my original document and click my insertion point a second time, then return the to Copy Bible verse window and click "Copy and Paste," it will paste the Bible text into my document. Meanwhile, I cannot close the MS Word window that opened at my first attempt to copy and paste. I have to use Control, Alt, Delete and stop MS Word from running. Any suggestions? Is this common to other Logos 4 users? I do not have this problem in MS Word with any other program except Logos 4. BTW, I am using Windows 7 home.

do not seem to be having the same problem as you. I have Logos and Word 2010
open.

I go to the verse I want to
copy.

I did not select the verse.

Clicked on Copy and Paste from the
panel.

Verse appears in Word 2010.

I tried changing the Bible to another Bible and did not have any problem.

I am using Windows 7 and Word 2010.

If you are using the stable release of Logos 4 you might want to call Logos and speak to text support. They can remotely connect to your computer and see what might be causing it.

Please call 800-875-6467 and tell the receptionist you need Customer Support. In the even you are not getting email updates to this thread I'll shoot you an email to the same effect.
