Tags not showing up on iPhone
For a while now I have noticed that when I tag items using Logos 4 on my PC, the tags do not show up for many of the items in the iPhone app (on my iPhone 4s). Many of the tags do come through, but it just does not seem to work for some of the resources.
I have tried lots of things to fix this - deleting the tags and retagging the resources, re-synching everthing, closing and re-opening the software and the app, rebooting, etc. Nothing seems to work.
Also note that I am using the latest versions of both Logos 4 and the iPhone app.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.

How have you determined that the tags have not synced? Are you looking at the resource's info panel on the mobile app, or sorting somehow? Can you give some screen shots? Most importantly, what version of L4 are you using?

I first noticed it when I searched for a certain tag on my iPhone, and then realized that several of the items I had tagged in Logos 4 were not showing up in that search. I then went and checked to see if those resources were available on my iPhone, and they were indeed available. Next I checked the info panel on the iPhone app for those resources and saw that there were no tags there, even though they are tagged in my Logos 4. In one particular instance, I remeber that the tags did come through on the iPhone, but strangely did not show up when I did a search for those tags in the iPhone app.
As for versions, I believe I am using the latest (PC version 4.60.0.2972, iPhone version 3.0.0.1248). However, I noticed this problem a few moneths back in earlier versions.
Thanks.

It sounds like you really do have an issue. The only thing else I can think of at the moment: Are the resources downloaded? Have you tried deleting one and redownloading it?
Some of the resources were downloaded, and some were not, but it seemed to give the same problem either way.
I actually just deleted the iPhone app and reinstalled it, and it finally looks like tags came in. So that is progress!
However, when I search for any given tag in the iPhone app, it looks like it is still not finding some of the items that are definitely tagged. I found the missing items manually on the iPhone and double checked the information panel to confirm that they are present on the iPhone with the tags. When I search for the tag in Logos 4, all the tagged items show up.
Any idea why my search isn't finding the tagged items in the iPhone app?
Thanks for your help.

Can you give specific examples with screen shots? That might help diagnose the problem.

I just tagged a bunch of stuff and verified that the tags came through for those resources on my iPhone. However, when I did a search for those tags on my iPhone, it did not find them.
Then, once again, I deleted the iPhone app and re-installed it. At that point, everything worked fine. The search on my iPhone was able to find the tagged items.
So something strange is happening with the tags that only seems to correct itself when I uninstall and then reinstall the iPhone app.
Any ideas?

Sorry, no. Logos has submitted an update to Apple. Hopefully it will be approved soon. If the issue persists with the new version, please create a new thread with the prefix BUG: in the subject line.
