I came across a strange event today.  I was using my Kindle fire and was able to access this commentary.  But when I tried to access it on my laptop, it was no where to be found.  When I came home this evening, I found the same on my desktop.  

When I did a "Check for updates" (i.e. I have a shortcut on my ribbon), both machines downloaded the missing file though Tech support tells me that this was published in the middle of last month.  

All is well now, but you might want to check to see if this has been downloaded to your systems.
