Ok, I am getting very frustrated at Logos.  I have spent thousands of dollars on it so I am really stuck!  Two days ago my laptop computer Logos started crashing, yesterday my iPhone app started crashing and today my iPad Logos is doing the same thing. I fixed the computer by opening in empty frame and then deleted my workspaces.  Goodbye years of work.  The iPhone I used all day yesterday and then it started crashing when I went to turn pages.  Same thing on my iPad.  If this is because of the recent update can't you fix before releasing???!!!  I redownloaded the books and the iPhone and iPad seem to be working for the moment.  The only thing I can think of is that it has something to do with being connected to the Internet as the crashing started on the apps when I was offline. But I have to be able to use them when I am offline.  They used to run fine that way!!!

Can anyone help.

    Steven --

We've been getting a lot of iPhone/iPad crash reports related to resource text display. Certain characters have been crashing the app every time we try to display them.

The good news is that we've fixed most of this internally, and that code will be available to the public within the next 7-10 days. (Wish it could be sooner... We're at the mercy of Apple and the app store approval process.)

    Hi Stephen,

With Logos Desktop you should never delete all of your workspaces ("layouts" in Logos 4 terminology) when a crash occurs but just the previous one that was causing trouble.  Rarely does the database get corrupted where you have to delete all layouts.  Although this doesn't help you now I hope it might help in the future.  -Kevin
