Could someone who has Comfprt's p46 check this for me.
When I open Comfort's p46 the greek is displayed in Gentium font regardless of what Greek font I have set up in L4 Tools.

You are correct, and it seems to be others in the series Text of the Earliest New Testament Greek Manuscripts by Comfort as well.
This appears to be a resource problem, you may want to email data@logos.com and explain the problem and point them to this thread.
