grey Tools>Bible Facts

I am new to Logos, and slowly getting to know its possibilities. I would love some answers to a few questions.

1. Can someone explain why the Tools>Bible Facts is greyed out in my version and unusable?

2. when installing Logos 4 a week or so ago, I saw a starters package I could buy for around €50. Have I dreamt this, for I can't find it any longer. The package I am interested in, Original Languages for €415 has to wait till a later date.

From what you write it doesn't sound as though you have one of the Base Packages - please clarify what you have actually purchased. From http://www.logos.com/comparison (towards the bottom), the Bible Tools option is only included in the "Bible Study" package and upwards

there is a basic crossgrade upgrade. that would cost around 50 euro. But I'm not sure wether it is only for people who upgrade from logos 3 to 4, or if it is also a kind of base package.

The second, as per my experience. There are not many resources in Minimal Crossgrade, however. It gets a bit better if one takes advantage of the http://wiki.logos.com/Free_Logos_Books and maybe some very good small-price-high-value collections, such as http://www.logos.com/product/8734/nas-electronic-bible-library

Thanks all for replying. I hope I can buy the basic crossgrade upgrade Johannes is talking about, wthout upgrading from Logos3 to 4. I just started with 4 I'm afraid. I'll look into that tomorrow.

If that's the case the NAS Electronic Bible Library is certainly a nice addition. I wish there was a cheap package of the books you get with the iPhone or Android App.
