Constant Sync problems since SR-1 Upgrade

The old yellow sync sign seems to be present constantly since I upgraded to 4.6 SR-1.

Hmm I haven't had any issues so far.  I was having sync issues on 4.5 before the upgrades. I called into support and they fixed the issues remotely.
