Allow Prioritizing by right-clicking on a resource title wherever it might appear

In the Help screen for Resource Priority, after "Open Library," it says "Right-click on a resource title and choose Prioritize this resource."

I'm wondering, why shouldn't I be able to right-click on a title regardless of where it appears (specifically in Search results) and prioritize it?
