L4 Hasn't been loading for weeks. Crashes on startup everytime I load it. Any help is appreciated!

I am not a techie and wasn't able to make head or tails of your logs. I saw something about a corrupt database, but could not pinpoint which one.
Have you tried opening Logos to a blank layout? Press and hold the command key immediately after starting logos. This will load the log in screen, and allow you to check the "blank layout" box.
Me putting it off was a matter of being too busy to look into the problem. I could get what I needed on Biblia so I went with that option. [:P]
I gave the blank layout trick a try just now and it still crashes.
From your logs, your Layouts database appears to be corrupt. Deleting /Users/user/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/vbva7t0l.nsk/LayoutManager/layouts.db should allow the application to launch normally.
