Logos Note icons disappeared

I recently upgraded to IE 8 and installed the security pack 3.0. Today I started looking for some things I had put in notes files and discovered none of my older note files appeared as icons by the verses where they were put. However, they note files are in the Annotations folder, and I can create a new note that appears now, but no other older notes will appear.

I assume you're talking about Logos 3 (AKA Libronix), and not Logos4.

Have you restarted your computer after installing IE8?

Did you check to ensure that your note-files are activated (Tools>Options>General>Notes tab)?

Yes, I am using Logos 3.0; I have the note files activated, and have rebooted several times since.

Sounds like a job for [dun-da-da-daa!] Logos support. Email support@logos.com, or call them (support number should be on the web site under 'support').

I'm assuming, of course, that the Bible to which note files were attached is the same exact Bible you have open (e,g, ESV and ESV Reverse Interlinear are different resources in Libronix).
