Hebrew Keyboard and On-Screen Keyboard

My institution recently switched machines, so I am now operating Win 7 instead of Win XP, with Logos 4.

I recently had to type some Hebrew in MS Word, so I switched to the Logos Hebrew keyboard.  To help me type, I also called up the Windows on-screen keyboard.  But I found that the on-screen keyboard did not display all the Hebrew letters.

After some experiementation, I have found that the bracket keys [ and ] do not disply Hebrew characters, though the sin and shin are coded there (and also the metheq in the shift key).  They only show the English brackets.  The Greek keyboard shows Greek characters, and the Syriac keyboard shows Syriac characters on these two keys, but the Hebrew keyboard does not.  The letters will type fine, but you have to remember that they are hidden there.  I haver tried uninstalling and re-installing the keyboard, and rebooting, and gone through different Windows help menus.  The Logos Hebrew keyboard does indeed show, but not on all of the keys.   Does anybody know something more about this, and what might be done to fix it?
