BUG: BUG: 4.6 SR-2

I've been having several problems with the new SR.

1. Panes do not automatically divide the window in half. The first open resource gobbles up about 2/3 of the real estate.
2. The "Help" and other buttons in the address bar aren't visible.
3. It seems that the font sizes have been reset.

Perhaps there are others, but I've been off L4 for a day or so.

EDIT:  This is more serious than I thought.  It's almost unusable.  Even the "Program Settings" dialogue doesn't open and the "Customize" button at the bottom of the home page is off the screen.

EDIT2:  Developing.  It seems that closing L4 and reopening may have solved the problems.
