Logos is consistently chrashing every time I try to open 1 Thess in the Lexham English Bible. It happens even if the LEB is the only resource open. Windows 7 64 Logos 4.6a SR2. (this works fine on the mac version 4.6 sr2 Lion)

I don't have this issue (just opened the LEB to 1Thess 1:1 and paged through to 2Thess without issues). It's possible that the LEB file was corrupted at some point. What you can do to fix it is to hide the resource, restart Logos (which finishes the hiding process) and then unhide. Restart Logos again, and this will download a fresh copy. Let the resource finish downloading and Logos will ask you to restart once again, and will index the LEB. (Since this requires closing and restarting several times, I recommend starting the process from a blank layout, as this will speed things up a bit.)

Thanks, I tried that and it still crashes. Looking at the crash log is looks like it is some problem with sqllite but I have no idea how to fix that (KS4J indicated in another thread that issues with sqllite seem to be happening to users on both platforms),
It looks like you're seeing a crash caused by a corrupt database. However, your Logos4.log file did not capture the crash.
It would be very helpful if you could enable logging per the instructions here: http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
Then, recreate the crash and save your log files WITHOUT restarting Logos 4, as this will overwrite the logs.
Thanks,
Thanks, here is a log file after a crash (I enabled logging using the .js script and have not closed Logos)

The log shows a crash related to the parallel resource database as Logos is opening a panel.
I have no reason to suspect this is anything other than a problem with the database itself, which will require a Logos tech to tell you how to fix.
However, sometimes similar problems come up related to a layout. Have you tried booting Logos to a blank layout, and then opening the LEB and navigating to 1Thess? I don't know if this will solve your problem, but I always try the easy solution first, even if it's not a likely solution.
Yep, The log in the post above is starting with a completely empty window, opening LEB from the library dropdown, then typing 1 Thess in the dialog box at the top of the LEB panel. I'm wondering if the problems with sqllite have to do with disk activity (I was updating ubuntu in a VMware vm while reading in Logos when the first chrash occured. I have a 5400rpm drive on this thinkpad but my Macbook has an SSD and seems to be smoother and more stable).
Thanks for your assistance, I appreciate that you are always helpful and level headed in these forums.
