Error with Study Guide Collection Changing

Running 4.6 SR2, I have NT commentaries set up in collections, i.e. NT- Hebews, contains all my Hebrews commantaries. I have a study guide open using Hebrews- with NT-Hebrews in commentaries selected, while in this study have noticed 3 times now, without changing it, the commentary section has reverted to "all commentaries."

And an additional 3 collections sections appears as well, one populated by my resources collection on counseling.

Any ideas?

It would help if you can provide specific steps to reproduce and also some screen shots (the error log is not relevant).

How do you define the NT-Hebrews collection? Is your Guide a saved one with a specific template (provide a screen shot)?

When it is open and I click from one commentary to the next, the commentary section of the SG switchs from my "NT-Hebrews" collection to "All Commentaries"; it also injects 4 new collection sections in the SG.

I use these all the time- first occurance was after updating to 4.6SR2.

I cannot reproduce this behaviour with the information provided. I think Logos support should look at this as they can logon to your computer and see what is happening.
