Logos quits when opened
When I click to open logos, the box appears saying "signing in" and loads. After it loads, the program automatically quits. What do I do about this? I've tried restarting my computer and reinstalling the software and nothing works.

One option is contacting Logos technical support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact since all current public releases are stable.

My apologies: without Logos 4 Mac diagnostic log files, personally have no idea what is causing crash. Logos 4 uses many SQLite database files. One crash cause is a corrupt database file. Also aware of other crash causes (e.g. Mac OS X 10.8.1 has application issues with caching dynamic libraries).

Same here - with a sermon due Sunday and all my notes in Logos, this is not good....I must say, it is very surprising though.

Please use the link that KS4J gave in the middle of his post if you want help on the forum regarding aberrations like these. We need logs to help diagnose the problem.
If matters are urgent then you should contact Customer Services directly - you are using a stable public release and they have an obligation to get it working for you.
Customer Services have a number of tools that they can deploy directly including (with you permission) running your installation from their computers.
