I'm tryi to read CPH's Ezekiel commentary on my iPad (1st gen) and iPhone 4 and I am coming across blank pages! I look on the computer version, but the text is all there... Any one else have this problem?

I have Deleted the resource from my iPad and re-downloaded it, but it is still doing this and it is very frustrating. Please help!

What happens when you change the point size? Have you checked to see if the text continues after the blank pages?

Thanks for the suggestion... so far it has worked!

I tried increasing the font size, and that didn't help, but when I decreased the size, it brought everything together and no more blank pages. Still not sure why this happened, but glad it works again. I love reading my commentaries on the iPad!

I am having the same issue with the Westminster Larger Catechism on both my iPhone 4 and iPad 2. As I turn the pages, blank pages appear with no visible text. However, the pages are still active, in that I can press and hold for verse citations, definitions and word searches. The software reacts as if the text is still there. None of the solutions mentioned thus far have worked for me.

Frank - Can you post screen shots? Have you tried reinstalling the app? NOTE: You will lose your downloaded resources when you delete the app.

I can reproduce this on my iPad 3.  There seems to be a longer pause when changing pages before a blank page appears, as if Logos is having problem displaying those pages.

This resource also has another issue where partsof the "Q" and "A" images are displayed above the header line:

The Westminster Shorter Catechism is in the same format as the Westminster Larger Catechism, and it too exhibits the same problems.

Todd's screen shots are exactly the issue that I am experiencing. I have tried to reinstall the app and re-downloded my favorite resources. I would only add the invisible text phenomenon i mentioned in my earlier text as demonstrated in my iPhone 4 screen shot

Thanks for the screen shots Todd. I don't have that resource.

I am stil having issues with the blank pages, still in the CPH commentary on Ezekiel 1-20. I can get the pages back after monkeying with the font size, but this is very frustrating! I will update when I experience this in any other resources, but for now I am only having the issue with this one book, but mind you, this is the only book I am reading in Logos at the moment too. Any help?

Sorry, no. At this point, it seems like a resource specific issue. I don't know if this needs a software or resource fix… If I were you, I would create a new thread with the prefix BUG: in the subject line. It will attract Logos attention more quickly. [;)]

    Hi Joel,

This might be a combination of both a resource and code issue.  When viewed on the Desktop there is a lot of white space between questions, which in itself looks incorrect.  In any case I've written up a case and sent it to Development.  Thanks for the report.
