Honestly speaking, Logos is so unusable after the recent updates. It takes up to 2 minutes to start the program. Spinning beachball upon each simple search. Crash in middle of search.

As for the beach balls, try clearing History (Tools > History > Clear (or something similar)). I don't know if it'll help you, but it certainly helped me earlier today. We had a bug like that earlier, and it seems it may have returned.
As for the rest, you'll have to wait for someone more knowledgeable.
No it doesn't work.
It seems to me the program is dead. I can't do any search now, even the simplest word study search, it will crash.
