Mac Bug: Unavailable Resource in Notes

ML 10.8.2 and 4.6 SR-2
In my emphasis markup note file it shows that one of my journals aren't available. If I double click on the 'unavailable resource' it appears in the right hand side. If I place my mouse over it, a popup window displays it. (See screenshot below)
However, the markup is gone even though the resource is there. Either something is confused here or there has been a loss/corruption of note data.

I see no colour on the Visual Filters icon (3 circles), so I would presume the highlighting is turned off. Click it and check Emphasis Markup.

If I click on the three circles, you can see nothing is clicked. However, if I create a new highlight on the journal article, the circle lights up and all is well. So for some reason either data was lost or this is a bug. I'm not sure which, but all my highlights and markups on this article appear to be lost. Of course I have been told over and over that there is no way to lose or corrupt data on Logos 4, but I can assure you this is not the first time. The time before was around the 1st of January. [:(]
