During the installation of L5, there was a problem with an existing process holding open a file as below
I took the default option but the setup routine wasn't able to close the process.
Setup continued and - on completion - a reboot was required.
After the reboot, setup continued and completed successfully.
This is on Windows 7.
I had closed Logos 4 down a few minutes before starting the upgrade.
- Was the launcher still there as a result of L4 having been running?
- Should the setup procedure have been able to close it down?
