Crash on startup

I am running Windows Vista. Today Logos updated to new version. After installation, when I tried to start Logos, it had the error "Logos Bible Software 4 has stopped working"  and will not start. I restarted Windows and tried to start Logos again, which didn't help. This is the first problem I have had with Logos 4. What should I do?

Looks very similar / identical to a problem reported by someone else recently - see http://community.logos.com/forums/t/54274.aspx for details.

It looks like your software has been downgraded to an earlier version for some reason - suggest you follow Bradley's advice at http://community.logos.com/forums/p/54274/395067.aspx#395067
