Collins Latin Dictionary and Grammar not available on Android

So my library has Collins Latin Dictionary and Grammar available and usable on my Windows system, but it does not appear in my library on my Android devices (Samsung Galaxy SII and Kindle Fire).  Collins Thesaurus of the Bible DOES show up, but not the Dictionary?

Any ideas?

It is not currently available on mobile devices - no mobile icon on the product description page http://www.logos.com/product/3504/collins-latin-dictionary-and-grammar

This is typically due to licencing restrictions and Logos are working to address these with publishers (but I don't know anything about this specific resource)

Thanks.  I hadn't thought about licensing as being an issue.
