Thanks for reporting this. It appears to be the same crash as http://community.logos.com/forums/t/54961.aspx and will be fixed in the next alpha.

I was able to get the Sermon Guide up and running by adding the Theme element to a passage guide and clicking on one of the themes. I could see where some of the sections, e.g. passages, could be very helpful during sermon prep.
