Moving resource leaves artifact

I moved a resource from the narrow Text Comparison location, then moved it back. It created a blue 'new location' indicator in a neighboring panel that persists even though there are no resources to be placed anywhere on the layout.

    I haven't been able to reproduce this issue.

    Have you been able to reproduce this again? If so, could you please provide logs? Thank you.
