I see that all the vyrso titles for Horton have been moved to his collection in logos. I have one of these titles already will there be the option to buy these titles individuality like there was before.

Logos usually split up collections after six month from shipment - sometimes they only did so after some users asked for a resource, sometimes they never do (as with some commentary sets), which may be subject to their licencing contracxt with the publishers.
However, since Logos won't have two files for the same book, it is to be expected that they "upgrade" your Vyrso book to full Logos standard, i.e. enhanced cross-references to other works, when the collection ships
