Unless I am missing something, there is no practical way to search a Note file. I have a note file that is rather large (about 96 pages, expanded, in Word). I keep all kinds of tips, sayings, anecdotes, etc. in it, some have Bible references but many do not.
I try to search for the word "Light". The word occurs 43 times in the Note file. In My Content I will see the note entry that has the first occurrence, but there is no arrow to see the next occurrence, no highlighting, nothing - and I have to read the entry to find the occurrence. What I do now is export the whole thing to Word and do my searching there. I shouldn't have to do that, should I?
I just tried this in Logos 5 with the hope there is some kind of search capability and it appears the same. Can anything be done? What is the purpose of having Notes show up under My Content when I search, if there is no real Search capability provided; what am I missing?
